Each item is made to order through our print partner, Printful, which means your product is created especially for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or color preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll work with Printful to send you a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Lost Packages

If your order seems to be lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll review your case and assist in locating or replacing your order.

Returns

Because our products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing issue or shipping damage.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
