Thank you for shopping with Chapters & Change! Each order is made just for you — printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted print partner, Printful. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are made to order, which means:

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, item weight, and quantity. Orders with multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at chaptersnchange@gmail.com.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s returned — additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a delay or your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to investigate and make it right.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the package arrives in your country. Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control.
